Christopher Michael

Christopher Michael was born on August 12th 2010 at 9:15pm. Weight 7lbs 13 oz, and 19 1/4" He is only 2 days old, we are still in this hospital and i figured i will not get much time to blog when i get home so i better do it now! The hospital stay has been great so far, Christopher and myself are doing great. i think after 2 c-sections you learn a lot and it makes the process run smooth. This time around Josh's parents and sister got to be here for the birth! Dominick and Taylor have been spending time with both their grandparents while i'm at the hospital and its working out great! I was so worried about how they would do while i'm away and of course i worried for nothing beacause they are perfectly fine and probably having more fun than if i was home because they are being spoiled by everyone around them =) I just can't wait to start the next chapter in our life with 3 children. I don't know, my life seems a little complete with Christopher here, he may be our last baby =) but we'll see, we're so young you never know. I'm going to just enjoy him, i feel like a professional now since i had them so close together. I know why people say they would like to live their life backwards, bc there would be no "what happends next...." but then that would be a boring life! Moments like this are awesome and should be treasured. I know i treasure them by taking pics and video's so i can relive them when we're older and we can say "remember when...." This reminds me i really need to get a scrapbook for Christopher. I have been scrapping every year of Taylor and Dominick's life with their own "yearly" albums, so Taylor has 3 so far and Dominick is on his 2nd album, i figured i'll scrap their first 18 years of life then i'll give them their 18 albums when they are older. Anyway i am debating on going home tomorrow or monday because i have the choice but i'm really going to see how today goes and how i feel. I'm just so tired from not sleeping but i'm running on adrenaline so i think i should go home tomorrow but it may be a good idea to stay the extra day just to catch up on some sleep! anyway just wanted to write a little before we go home!

August

Well this summer is already flying by! Actually everything is flying by, this pregnancy has been a breeze and by this time next week I will have a new baby in my arms! I think you should have to be pregnant for AT LEAST a year before you get a baby! Its been a really HOT summer but i love it, i really do NOT like the winter, especially with kids, its so boring sitting inside everyday. This will be my first summer baby and i'm kind of excited about that! I don't have to bundle the baby up before leaving the hospital or myself for that matter, and i can wear a summer dress home, that will be comfortable since i'm having a c-section. Taylor and Dominick are in soccer this week, Dominick doesn't pay too much attention but Taylor LOVESSSS it! We got them bunk beds and put them both in the bigger room, and the new baby will be in Taylor's old room. Its a LITTLE girly but oh well knowing me i won't even have him sleep there for a few months. Today is Lisa's 38th birthday! Happy Birthday Lee! Today i'm stuck home pretty much all day because we have someone finishing our basement finally! its worth sitting home for because i want all the kids toys down there before the baby gets here. As soon as its done i can get all the baby stuff down here and ready to go for when we get back from the hospital. Speaking of the hospital, I go in for my c-section on thursday and I hope everything goes well and I can get out of there by sunday the 15th for my moms birthday, but i'm going to see how i feel, i remember last time i did NOT feel well enough to go home that day so i stayed an extra day. I can't wait to start working out again and getting into shape after this baby is born! I ony gained 18 lbs with this pregnancy but my belly is HUGE, it'd be nice if i just give birth to an 18lb baby and have my body back haha FAT chance ;-) Well the kiddies are all up and ready to do something so i'll write later, hopefully i can keep this up because i would love to have a regular journal, i always end up writing then forgetting about it then writing again months later!
